Health Care Flexible Spending Account / Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: Administered by WageWorks. Non-package handler aemployees are eligible for the program upon employment.
Up to $1,500.00 per calendar year (for eligible expenses)

All full-time and part-time non-package handler employees are eligible to accrue vacation.
Vacation time is credited on the 15th of each month. New hired or newly eligible employees must have an effective date on or before the 15th in order to receive credit for the month in which they were hired.
*Seasonal employees, interns/co-ops, and temporary employees are not eligible to earn vacation.
Non-package handler employees are eligible to receive holiday pay* upon employment, and will enjoy up to 6 paid holidays a year
Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
*Part-time Non-Package Handler Employees: Holiday pay is based on the scheduled standard hours to work per week Example: 25 hours per week / 5-day week = 5 hours of holiday pay
FedEx Ground offers both a Pension and a 401(k) Plan
Pension Plan: enrolled automatically in the Plan's Portable Pension Account upon attaining age 21 and completing one year of service in which you are credited with at least 1,000 hours
Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) - 401k: employees become eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan after one month of service and reaching age 21
